Resources and Referrals

At the end of each report, Dr. Creasy includes an extensive list of recommendations based on the individual’s unique profile.  Recommendations often include specific 504 accommodations for school, counseling and/or therapy, medication management, and targeted academic intervention.

Additionally, Dr. Creasy maintains an up-to-date list of top professionals and organizations for referral purposes.  If necessary, Dr. Creasy will connect you with qualified counselors, therapists, executive function coaches, academic tutors, and school personnel to assist with your treatment plan.

Once your evaluation process reaches its conclusion, Dr. Creasy remains a resource for you for as long as necessary.  Dr. Creasy is available for consultation to assist with school placement, IEP and 504 accommodation plans, and other academic situations.
